Troubleshoot 1:

\nCheck the List \u00a0is\u00a0ACTIVE
\nCheck Proper\u00a0Campaign\u00a0is selected
\nCheck , Leads are there to dial
\n———————————————————————————————————–
\nCAMPAIGN
\nCheck the Campaign is \u00a0ACTIVE
\nSet Y to No Hopper Leads Login
\nChange the Dial time in campaign\u00a0LOCAL CALL TIME = 24Hour -default 24hrs calling
\nCheck the\u00a0Dial status\u00a0selected to dial. ( For\u00a0NEW\u00a0leads select\u00a0NEW)
\nIf you are redialling the dialled Leads \u00a0then \u00a0make sure you have selected the proper dial status , for eg: if you are dialling \u00a0BUSY, NA , CALLBACK\u00a0,… Numbers, \u00a0 Then select these dial status in the campaign . Then go to the List and select you list. \u00a0 Then set Y to “Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list” submit.
\ncheck the dialmethod : Ratio or Adaptive or manual
\nCheck the Min Hopper lever ( use 500 to 1000 for bettter result)
\nSelect Force Reset of Hopper to Y \u00a0 and check the Hopper level \u00a0in next one minute
\nIf the above trouble shot fails follow the next

\nRun the below command to check the problem in the Hopper
\n\/usr\/share\/astguiclient\/AST_VDhopper.pl –debugX
\nfor more options
\n\/usr\/share\/astguiclient\/AST_VDhopper.pl –help

\nNote:
\nIf you have changed your server ip \u00a0dont forget to run the Ip update script
\n“\/usr\/share\/astguiclient\/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl”

\nOnce the above troubleshoot done , give safe reboot to the server (command to reboot \u00a0shutdown -r now)
\nand then login as agent and check the hopper level
